Shipping & Returns/FAQ's

Shipping / Postage

Postage and Packaging is as stated on the product, when shipping address is UK mainland.  Shipping for products over £100 is free, when address is UK mainland.  For all other destinations we will add a reasonable cost of shipping to the product price depending on how quickly you require the item.

Items ordered after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday, if your item is required ASAP, please contact the shop or put the appropriate note on your order and we will do everything to ensure your order is dispatched to reach you in time.

Returns Policy

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels still attached returned within 14 days of delivery. We will credit the payment method on which the purchase was made within 2 working days of receipt of the goods.

We will refund or exchange any item purchased on the ‘In Training’ website. Additionally, we will refund any postage if the return is a result of our error. i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item.

Items can be returned by post or in person at our shop.  To avoid delays in processing your return please provide as much detailed information as possible regarding the return.

Replacement items will be despatched within 2 working days. Where the item has been returned without a defect we will add the postage to any subsquently sent item.

What if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?

Return the item to us within 14 days of purchase and follow the Returns Policy and state the reason for the return and if you would like a refund or replacement. Returns Form We will deduct the cost of our postage from the refund.

What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

Our products are from official sources and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed prematurely we may need to discuss the issue with the manufacturer.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you return something due to it not fitting or being suitable, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you return something to us due to it being faulty we will refund the carriage up to £25. We recommend you use recorded delivery or registered post to return items so as to cover yourself against loss. Where items have been returned due to incorrect size or you don't like the colour we will deduct out postage from the refund due.

How quickly will In Training process the return?

We will aim to process all returns on the day they arrive with us. However, we endeavour to deal with your return within a maximum of two working days.

What happens if In Training are out of stock of the replacement item?

We will advise you as soon as possible and contact to discuss when we can supply a exact replacement or if you prefer an suitable alternative item or a refund.

 In Training Privacy Statement

We collect information you supply to us through our registration forms and when you e-mail us. We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained, which includes browsing patterns, is only used in aggregate form, and as such cannot be used to identify you. Aggregate information is used to aid development & audit usage of the site.

We process personal information collected via In Training for the purposes of providing the best possible service, processing orders you may have made, providing you with information about our products and services we offer.

If you do not wish to receive information about our products or services, please tick the appropriate box on the registration form.
